You need to measure the stride distance for both walking and running. To measure
the stride distance for running, it is recommended to take more steps (say 50 steps)
to get a more accurate stride distance.
Weight
Input your weight by pressing the RESET key to increase the digit, and press the
MODE key to decrease the digit, press the SET key to confirm and move to Target
goal settings.
Target Goal
To keep you healthy and reduce the risk of chronic disease, we recommend that you
to do 10,000 steps a day. For effective weight loss, this should be between 12,000 and
15,000 steps. If you want to maintain high levels of tness, you should make at least
3000 or more steps per day.
Input your Target Goal by pressing the RESET key to increase the digit, and press the
MODE key to decrease the digit, press the SET key to confirm.
Start walking
To avoid wrong counting, the display of the pedometer will start showing the number
of steps taken after the 10th step. This means that the display will not change for 10
steps since you started walking. All the steps taken will be counted and displayed.
Now your pedometer is ready for use. You can browse the exercise data one by one
by pressing the MODE key.
Time mode
Displays the current time (enter settings from this mode).
Step mode
Displays the steps you have taken today. You can reset the Step count by press and
holding the RESET key for 2 second.
ODO Step mode
This mode allows the user to start a new separate session for step counting. The
current steps will still proceed while you monitor your new session.
Distance Mode
Displays the distance you have traveled.
Calories Mode
Displays the calories you have burned during exercise.
Exercise Time Mode
Displays the effective exercise time elapsed.
Total Data Mode
This unit will store the total exercise data even if you reset the Steps, Calories
burned, Distance traveled, and the Exercise time by pressing the RESET key.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
- Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw.
- Use a thin stick to remove the exhausted battery from the unit, and insert a new
3V lithium battery type CR2032. Be sure to place the positive (+) side of the battery
upward.
- Put the battery cover back on and screw back tightly.
