Debido a los diferentes contenidos de agua de la carne, algunas carnes con más hume-
dad se congelarán a temperaturas inferiores a 0 °C. Así que la carne "cortada inmediata-
mente" debe almacenarse en el cajón DryZone, con temperaturas mín. 0 °C.

Una de las tres funciones del compartimento DryZonedebe estar siempre activada
Cuando usted elige "0°C Fresh“ o “Precious” , ajuste la temperatura del frigoríco en
el nivel medio (5°C), con el n de preservar sus alimentos en el entorno de almacena-
miento óptimo.

5.11.4 Seleccione la función para el cajón Dry-
Zone
La función se puede seleccionar utilizando el panel se-
parado (Fig. 5.11.4-1) que se encuentra en la tapa del
cajón.
1. Si el indicador "n" se enciende, el panel está blo-
queado y debe desbloquearse tocando la tecla “N”
(3 Sec. Lock) durante 3 segundos (Fig. 5.11.4-2).
Se escuchará un zumbador y el indicador "n" se
apagará (Fig. 5.11.4-2).
2. Toque la tecla correspondiente "K / L / M" de la
función deseada. Después de unos segundos se
ilumina el indicador correspondiente "k / l / m" y la
función se activará.
3. Bloquee el panel tocando la tecla “N” (3Sec. Lock)
durante 3 segundos. Un zumbador sonará y el in-
dicador "n" se iluminará (Fig. 5.11.4-3).

5.12 Cajón MoistZone
El frigoríco está equipado con un cajón MoistZone. Un módulo apropiado de de-polite-
no mejora la conservación de la frescura eliminando el ripener. Las siguientes funciones
están disponibles:
