Informativa: 0°C Fresh

Dato che varie tipologie di carne contengono vari quantitativi di acqua, alcuni tipi di car-

ne, che contengono più umidità, verranno congelati a temperature inferiori a 0 °C. Per

questo motivo la carne fresca va conservata nel cassetto DryZone con una tempera-

tura minima pari a 0°C.

▶Una delle tre funzioni dello scomparto DryZone deve essere sempre attivata

▶Quando viene scelta la modalità “0°C Fresh” o “Precious”, impostare la temperatu-

ra dello scomparto refrigerante nel livello medio (5°C), per conservare gli alimenti in

condizioni ottimali.

5.11.3 Funzione 0°C Fresh

Questa funzione imposta la temperatura nel cassetto DryZone a 0 °C. Adatta per conser-

vare frutta fresca ad esempio carne, pesci, cozze o prodotti per consumo immediato. La

maggior parte degli alimenti rimangono freschi a 0 ° C, ma non congelati.

I frutti sensibili al freddo, come ad esempio ananas, avocado, banane, uva e verdure

quali ad esempio patate, melanzane, fagioli, cetrioli, zucchine e pomodori, e il formag-

gio, non vanno conservati nel cassetto DryZone.

5.11.4 Selezionare la funzione per il cassetto

DryZone

Sarà possibile usare questa funzione usando il pannello

separato (Fig. 5.11.4-1) che si trova sul coperchio del

cassetto.

1. Se l’indicatore “n” si illumina, il pannello è bloccato e

dovrà essere sbloccato toccando il tasto “N” (bloc-

co 3 Sec. ) per 3 secondi (Fig. 5.11.4-2). Un cicalino

suona e l’indicatore “n” si spegne (Fig. 5.11.4-2).

2. Toccare il tasto corrispondente “K/L/M” della fun-

zione desiderata. Dopo alcuni secondi l’indicatore

corrispondente “k/l/m” si illumina e la funzione vie-

ne attivata.

3. Bloccare il pannello toccando il tasto “N” (blocco 3

Sec. ) per 3 secondi. Un cicalino suona e l’indicato-

re “n” si accende (Fig. 5.11.4-3).
