Color die game#2: Starlit sky
Preparation
Place the game board showing the circle of clouds face-up between you. Distribute
the stars in equal parts amongst players. If there are remaining stars, then please
return them to the game box. Place Dreamy on any cloud showing a star and get
the color die ready. Remaining game material is returned to the game box.
How to Play
Play in a clockwise direction. Whoever has seen a shooting star most recently
may start. If you cannot agree, the youngest player starts.
Which color appears on the die?
Place Dreamy, moving in a clockwise direction, on the next cloud of this color.
Does this cloud show a star?
•
Yes?
Great! You can place a star there.
•
No?
Pity! This time you cannot place a star.
Then it’s the turn of the next player to roll the die.
End of the Game
The game ends as soon as a player has placed all his stars in the sky thus winning
the game. All the stars are sparkling in the sky.
Solo game variation:
Dreamy searches for the star
The game is played like the
color die game#2
, except for the following changes:
• Place Dreamy with a star on any cloud showing a star. This is the first square of
his itinerary.
• Take two stars and return the remaining stars to the game box.
• Dreamy will jump in a clockwise direction to the next cloud of the color appearing
on the die. If it shows a star, you can place one of your wooden stars somewhere
in the sky. You try to place your two wooden stars in the sky before Dreamy has
gone all the way around and has returned to or passed the first square of his
itinerary.
