If a player thinks they have found the right object they quickly lift the
corresponding bag and shout loudly ”Fiddlesticks”. The other players
stop searching.
The player opens the bag, takes the wooden piece and puts it on the litt-
le card.
Is it the right piece?
As a reward the player gets the little card. The wooden piece is placed
back into the bag, the bag is put into the center of the table and all
the bags are mixed.
Then the player uncovers the next card, everybody grabs the hand of
their neighbor in order to give the starting signal and the next round
starts.
Is it another piece?
The player doesn’t get a card and can’t participate any longer in this
round. They place the piece back into the bag, put it in the center of
the table and mix the bags.
Then the starting signal is given for the rest of players who search
again for the right piece.
All players except one have been wrong?
This player does not have to go on searching alone: they can take the
card immediately. Then this player uncovers the next card, everybody
grabs the hand of their neighbor, give together the starting signal and
start the next round.
End of the game
The game ends as soon as all cards have been taken.
The player who can pile up their cards to the highest stack wins the game.
maybe they are indeed a little magic imp?
If there are various piles of the same height, the corresponding players win
together.
The degree of difficulty can be varied by the following rules:
When playing the first games it is recommended to sort out some
objects and their cards and play with just five or six pieces.
•The game becomes easier if you only choose pieces which differ
greatly in shape.
right piece: card
wrong piece:
no card
most cards = winner
