Aim of the game:

Whoever looks closely, can already count a little, and is able to discover the

fish in the color or pattern sought for, gets to catch little wooden fish.

Whoever can collect the most fish on his counting card, wins the game.

Preparation:

The fish are placed on the big blue inner space (pool) of the game

board.

They must not hide the colored fish shown on the game board.

Each player gets a counting card.

Get the special dice with the seagull and the sea lion ready.

The dice with the dots is not needed.

Each player chooses a sea lion and places it on a space which shows a

little sea lion. The little sea lions indicate the direction in which the

counters have to move.

How to play:

Whoever first throws the sea lion marked on the dice, starts, and throws

the dice again. You move your sea lion as many spaces as dots shown on

the dice.

To each space corresponds a quantity of fish of the same color.

So, if you reach for example a yellow space, you have to look for the yel-

low fish on the game board. You’ll find three yellow fish on the game

board.

This means that your sea lion catches three wooden fish out of the water.

You put them onto your counting card.

Throwing the seagull:

If your dice shows the seagull, be careful: the seagull steals fish.

The sea lion who has caught the most fish up to this point – the one with

the largest number on his counting card occupied – has to put one fish

back into the water.

If no player has caught any fish on his counting card yet, the seagull of

course can’t steal any.
