Game 3: Where are my animals?
For this game, you‘ll need: Animal buzzer, 4 pasture cards, 25 animal tiles, farmer.
Set to buzzer to position C.
Preparation:
Place the farmer in the middle of the table and get the buzzer ready.
Shuffle the animal tiles face down and distribute them around the
farmer. Each player takes a pasture card and places it with the animal
side face down in front of them.
How to play:
In this version, everyone plays at the same time. Whoever can best moo like a cow, starts the game and presses the buzzer.
Now an animal noise sounds and every player turns over a face down animal tile, looking for the right animal.
Did you find the animal you were looking for?
• Yes!Thentaketheanimaltileandputitonyourpasturecard.
• No!Placetheanimaltilefaceup.
Then the next player clockwise presses the buzzer, and the next round begins.
Warning:
Eachanimalhasonlyvetiles.Youcanalsolistentothesameanimalagainandcollectit.
If you hear an animal that has already been placed on a pasture card five times, then there won‘t be any more of this animal left on the table. The farmer
now
comesintoplay!Whoeverhasthefarmerintheirhandcantakeanytilefromthemiddleofthetable.Placethefarmerbackinthemiddle.
If you‘re not sure which animal sound you all heard, just wait a moment. Then you can listen to the animal sound again.
End of the game:
Whoever is the first to fill up their pasture card with five animals will win the Great Animal Search. In this game, there can be multiple winners.
Variation:
The game is a bit more difficult when the wrong animal is turned back over after everyone has seen it.
