Como podrá percibir, la rebanadora se ha diseñado para
que usted pueda llevar a cabo la limpieza de todas las
piezas que la conforman con facilidad y rapidez.
Debe limpiar la rebanadora al menos una vez por día o
con mayor frecuencia si es necesario (cada vez que
cambie el tipo de producto), siendo más escrupuloso a la
hora de limpiar todas las superficies que entran en
contacto con el producto a ser rebanado.
Si la rebanadora está sucia, límpiela antes del uso.
Si la rebanadora deja de cortar, puede ser debido al
recalentamiento del motor, en estos casos, lleve la
rebanadora al centro de servicios autorizado más cercano
para su inspección.
No es necesario desmontar la cuchilla para efectuar su
limpieza, ya que puede acceder a todas sus partes sin
tener que desmontarla.
Use guantes anticorte.
