Fase 2: mettere correttamente la vaporiera sul contenitore in acciaio inox. Mettere il cibo in cottura nella
vaporiera; mettere il cibo che si cuoce facilmente sul fondo e il cibo che si cuoce più lentamente in cima.
Se necessario, si potrebbe inserire anche il disco vapore e metterci del cibo su di esso.
Fase 3: coprire la vaporiera (Figura 22), in modo che non fuoriesca il vapore.
Avviso importante:
Quando si usa la vaporiera, si prega di non lasciare il misurino sul contenitore in acciaio inox.
Quando si usa la vaporiera, si prega di chiedere ai bambini di mantenere una certa distanz
a
dal
l’apparecchio e di avvisarli del pericolo.
Quando si usa la vaporiera, si prega di scegliere una velocità bassa, ovvero da 1 a 3, poiché una
velocità alta potrebbe far traboccare il cibo in cottura.
Modo di
funzionamento: impostare il tempo, la cottura a vapore, la temperatura e la velocità sul pannello
di controllo, quindi premere start/stop. La cottura inizierà con i parametri impostati. Il vapore raggiunge il
piatto attraverso i fori presenti sul coperchio del contenitore in acciaio inox. È tutto pronto per la cottura
del cibo.
A
fine cottura, aprire il coperchio della vapororiera; si prega di inclinare leggermente il coperchio in modo
che il vapore fuoriesca dietro e non avanti e l’acqua fredda può fluire nella vaporiera. Ruotare il coperchio
e metterlo sul tavolo. Prendere la vaporiera e tenerla per pochi secondi per far sgocciolare l’acqua
attraverso il coperchio del contenitore in acciaio inox, poi mettere la vaporiera nel suo coperchio.
