• Limpie la tapa (11), el recipiente (1), la cesta (9) y la carcasa (7) con agua tibia y un poco
de jabón líquido neutro, luego séquelo todo cuidadosamente. Estos accesorios también
se pueden lavar en el lavavajillas.
• Monte la unidad de control (4) en el cuerpo de la freidora con el elemento calefactor (6)
por dentro del recipiente, insertando los pasadores hacia abajo por dentro la carcasa
plástica en las ranuras posteriores del recipiente.
• NOTA: el elemento calefactor debe empujarse completamente hacia abajo para activar el
interruptor de seguridad de la freidora. De lo contrario, es posible que el aparato no
caliente al encenderlo.
• Acople el mango (10) a la cesta presionando junto los dos enganches metálicos del mango
e insertándolos en el soporte lateral por dentro de la cesta, luego fuércelos contra el aro
metálico de la cesta y libere el agarre de los enganches para que ocupen su lugar y se
fijen firmemente al soporte. El cabo plástico del mango debe quedar en ángulo recto con
la cesta. Compruebe que el mango esté bien colocado antes de utilizar la cesta.
INSTRUCCIONES DE USO
• Compruebe que la freidora de inmersión esté apagada.
• Vierta la cantidad necesaria de aceite en el recipiente. Observe que el nivel de aceite esté
entre las marcas de mínimo y máximo en el interior del recipiente. Recomendamos utilizar
aceite líquido indicado específicamente para freír alimentos.
• Consejo: puede usar manteca de cerdo u otra grasa sólida si lo desea, siempre y cuando
la derrita primero en el recipiente. Para esto ajuste el termostato a la temperatura más
baja y agregue la grasa cortada en trozos pequeños. Espere a que la grasa se derrita
completamente para subir la temperatura al nivel deseado.
