5. Para verter la cerveza tire del mecanismo del grifo (tirador) hacia abajo. Puede ajustar la
perilla del regulador de presión para controlar el caudal de cerveza y la cantidad de espuma
(como se muestra en la Figura 12);
NOTA: Limpie el vaso antes de echar la cerveza; si la cerveza o el vaso/copa están a altas
temperaturas o si la cerveza no está fría lo suficiente, se forma demasiada espuma al tirar la
cerveza.

6. Mientras tira la cerveza, incline su vaso contra la boquilla del grifo y vaya enderezándolo
lentamente a medida que sube la cerveza, luego abra el mecanismo del grifo por completo
para evitar el exceso de espuma; se recomienda verter medio vaso y hacer una breve pausa
antes de verter el resto de la cerveza.
NOTA: Para evitar el exceso de espuma, nunca sumerja la boquilla del grifo en el vaso de
cerveza; recuerde cerrar el grifo cuando llene su vaso.
7. El exceso de espuma es normal en las tres primeras copas de cerveza.
8. Se producirá un chorro fino de alta velocidad cuando tire el último vaso de cerveza del
barril.
C. REEMPLAZO DEL AGUA EN LA CAVIDAD DE ENFRIAMIENTO
Se recomienda reemplazar el agua en el interior de la cavidad una vez por semana. (No es
necesario reemplazar el agua toda vez que coloque un nuevo barril, es aconsejable hacerlo
una vez por semana).
1. Abra el interruptor del drenaje para que el agua en la cavidad de enfriamiento drene hacia
la bandeja de goteo. Asegúrese de que la bandeja esté bien ajustada en su ranura para evitar
que el agua se derrame hacia fuera; la bandeja de goteo admite hasta 450 mL de agua;
2. Cuando haya salido toda el agua, cierre el interruptor del drenaje y vierta 800 mL de agua
fresca en la cavidad de enfriamiento.
3. Abra el interruptor del drenaje (levante la aldaba hacia afuera hasta un ángulo de 90
grados) y drene el agua de la cavidad hacia la bandeja de goteo. Se necesitan dos desagües
para sacar toda el agua.
