recomienda llenar el vaso hasta la mitad y hacer una breve pausa antes de abrir de nuevo el

grifo para echar el resto de la cerveza.

PRECAUCIÓN

Para evitar el exceso de espuma, nunca sumerja la boquilla del grifo en el vaso de cerveza;

recuerde cerrar el grifo cuando llene su vaso, dejando el tirador en posición vertical.

16. El exceso de espuma es normal al tirar los primeros tres vasos de cerveza.

17. Es normal que se produzca un chorro fino de alta presión cuando el tonel de cerveza esté

vacío. En este caso libere el tirador a la posición cerrado y apague el dispensador.

NOTA: todos los indicadores que aparecen en la pantalla funcionan correctamente, excepto el

marcador de la cantidad de cerveza restante en el tonel (la parte roja marcada en la siguiente

figura), que no se actualiza cuando hay un tonel de 5 litros en el dispensador.

SUBSTITUCIÓN DEL TONEL DE CERVEZA

Cuando se acabe la cerveza en el tonel, antes de colocar un tonel nuevo en el dispensador, siga

los siguientes pasos:

NOTA: antes de instalar el tonel nuevo, asegúrese de que esté preparado en el estado inicial, de

lo contrario no podrá colocarlo en el barril de enfriamiento.

1. Abra la tapa superior del dispensador de cerveza.

2. Presione hacia abajo el conector de salida de la cerveza justo en el centro del tonel, al mismo

tiempo gire el conector de salida en sentido antihorario para liberarlo de la válvula de

extracción y luego hálelo hacia fuera para retirarlo (como se muestra en la Figura 13).
