14.2. Para mantener el tonel de cerveza en el dispensador, asegúrese de que el aparato esté
encendido (si piensa apagar el dispensador antes de la fecha de vencimiento de la
cerveza, retire el tonel y guárdelo en el refrigerador).
14.3. Ajuste de temperatura: el dispensador enfriará la cerveza del tonel hasta la temperatura
ajustada. Puede configurar la temperatura de enfriamiento presionando los botones +
o – en el panel de control. La temperatura aumenta o disminuye un grado cada vez que
se presiona el botón + o –, respectivamente. La pantalla muestra la temperatura real de
la cerveza dentro del tonel. Presione cualquier botón para mostrar la temperatura
establecida durante 3 segundos y después la pantalla volverá a mostrar la temperatura
real. Puede cambiar la escala de temperatura entre grados Fahrenheit y Celsius
presionando simultáneamente ambos botones +/–. La temperatura de enfriamiento se
puede ajustar de 3 a 12 °C (de 37 a 54 °F).
El dispensador de cerveza guarda la temperatura ajustada en la memoria después de
apagado. Presione cualquier botón para verificar la temperatura antes de apagar el
aparato (la configuración de fábrica es 37 °F).
14.4. Cuando el tirador del grifo está cerrado en la posición vertical (como se muestra en la
Figura 12, posición “Cerrado”), tire del grifo hacia adelante 45 grados para extraer la
cerveza (como se muestra en Figura 12, posición “Abierto”).
PRECAUCIÓN
Antes de servir la cerveza, enjuague el vaso con agua fría. Tirar la cerveza en un vaso con
temperatura alta provocará mucha espuma y burbujas. Si la temperatura de la cerveza es
demasiado alta, también se producirá mucha espuma.
15. Mientras tira la cerveza, incline el vaso contra la boquilla del grifo y vaya enderezándolo
lentamente a medida que sube la cerveza, luego abra el mecanismo del grifo por completo
