CONEXIÓN DE GAS
Atornille el manómetro a la botella de gas si fuese necesario y conecte el conducto incluido al conector de gas. Para evitar toda fuga
de gas, utilice las abrazadera de la caja de accesorios. Asegúrese que la botella se mantiene bien mediante la jación de la cadena
(ver FIG-IV-1)
Presión máxima de gas: 0.5 MPa (5 bars).

TECLADO (FIG V)
Selección del modo soldadura (2).
- NORMAL (2T) : soldadura estándar a 2 tiempos.
- NORMAL (4T) : soldadura estándar a 4 tiempos.
- SPOT : función « taponado », soldadura discontinua con ajuste
del diámetro del punto.
Ajuste de la velocidad del hilo (4) Potenciómetro de ajuste de la
velocidad del hilo. La velocidad varía de 1 a 20 m/minuto.
Potenciómetro de ajuste SPOT (5) : Hace varias la duración del
punto, el tamaño del punto y el intervalo entre cada punto.
Modo Manual (1)
En modo manual, la velocidad de devanado del hilo la determina el
soldador, ajustando el potenciómetro (4).
Modo Synergic (3)
Colocar el potenciómetro (4) en medio de la zona «OPTIMAL
SYNERGIC »
En este modo, el equipo determina la velocidad de hilo óptima a
partir de 3 parámetros :
• Tensión
• Diámetro del hilo
• Naturaleza del hilo
Es posible ajustar la velocidad del hilo + / - con el potenciómetro
(4).
MODO «MANUAL» (FIG. V)
Para ajustar su equipo, proceda como sigue :
• Elegir la tensión de soldadura con el conmutador de 2*7 posiciones (según el modelo).
- ejemplo:
Para soldar acero de 1mm con un hilo de diámetro ø 0,8 mm, ponga el conmutador en la posición A-1
- Ajuste la velocidad de hilo con el potenciómetro (4).
Solo en modo manual, esta función permite visualizar con precisión el ajuste de la velocidad de hilo en el
indicador.
