TROUBLESHOOTING
Anomalies Causes Remedies
Alarm beep and the booster red LED
lights.
The polarity has been reversed. Check the battery polarity.
The booster red LED ashes. The battery voltage has dropped
below 12.5V after starting or a high
consumption of energy.
Charge the device after use. The red
LED ashes at least for 15 minutes
before shutting down.
Sparks appear when putting the
clamps on the battery.
The switch is on 12V position. Before connecting the clamps to the
battery switch the knob to the OFF
position.
The polarity has been reversed. Check the battery polarity.
The device doesn't start the vehicle.
The Booster red LED ashes.
The battery in the device is
discharged.
Charge the device fully and try again.
Several start attempts without
pausing.
Wait 3 minutes between each start
attempts. Starting must not exceed 5
seconds.
The device cannot start the vehicle
and the booster red LED is off.
The internal battery voltage is too
low. It might be damaged.
Charge the device trying to restore
the battery.
The fuse has melted. Check and replace the fuse
BATTERY NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
Batteries are live parts, their useable life depends on how they are maintened. After each use of this device, it is
essential to recharge the internal batteries. Storage in places with high temperatures greatly reduces the battery charge.
In the case of prolonged non-use, it is strongly recommended to recharge the batteries before use. In general, we
recommend leaving the product plugged in continuously to maintain the batteries at their best performance.
This product is equipped with a high performance battery if the maintenance instructions are not followed the batteries
can deteriorate irreversibly over time.
For this reason the GYSPACK 750 batteries are excluded from the warranty.
