TIME Workout time
If the time is not set, the clock will count
down from the beginning of the workout
(starting the treadmill) in the range of 00: 00
- 99: 00 minutes.
With a set countdown of 5: 00 - 99: 00
minutes, the clock will count down to the
end of the workout.
SPEED Displays the current speed of the treadmill in
the range of 1-12 km/h
DIS Distance to go
If the distance is not set, the distance will
be measured from the start of the workout
- 0.00 km up to 99.5 km. Each increment is
0.1 km.
The distance to be covered can be set in the
range of 0.5 - 99.5 km and will be counted
down to the end.
CAL Calories burned
In the absence of a limit of the set calories,
the device counts the calories from the start
of the workout, i.e. 0 to a maximum of 995.
The calories limit can be set from 10 to 995
with 5-calorie increments.
PULSE Heart rate measurement
Hold the heart sensor handles (7) rmly
and the device will measure your heart rate.
While your heart rate is being read, the heart
indicator light on the display ashes.
B. Display functions j) At least once a year, clean the motor from
accumulated dust and other contaminants using
a vacuum cleaner or compressed air.
k) Clean the treadmill belt with a damp cloth, taking
care not to let moisture get onto the electrical
components of the machine.
l) Regularly lubricate the friction elements of the belt
with the supplied oil. Lubricate once a year or every
3 months depending on the frequency of use,
m) Regularly check the tension of the treadmill belt.
When too loose, it may slip. When too tight, it
may make noise during operation and, as a result,
contribute to faster wear of the parts. A perfectly
tightened belt can be lifted in the centre of the
treadmill to a height of 50-75 mm.
CENTERING THE TREADMILL BELT
With the treadmill on a level surface, run the machine at
6-8 km / h and watch the belt. Stop the treadmill and if
the belt slips to the right, tighten its right fastening screw
by half a turn (clockwise), and loosen the left one by half
a turn (counterclockwise) - see picture 1. If the belt slips to
the left, loosen the right screw by half a turn and the left
screw by half a turn - see g. 2.
Restart the treadmill for min. 15 seconds at 4 km / h and
check the alignment of the belt again. If it still needs
adjustment, turn the screws again in the appropriate
direction by half a turn as described above.
LUBRICATION
Proper lubrication of the panel under the belt and the roller
bearings of belt tensioners guarantees its trouble-free and
long operation. After approx. 25 hours of operation or 2-3
months, apply some special oil (included with the device)
and repeat the operation after every 50 hours or every 5-6
months.
To check the belt for proper lubrication, lift one side of the
belt and check its underside. If it is smooth to the touch, it
does not require lubrication. If dry, lubricate it.
To lubricate the belt, lift one section of the belt and apply
oil to the roller side of the treadmill lubricator. Then run
the treadmill for 3-5 minutes to allow the oil to distribute
evenly.
