7.9 ÜBERPRÜFUNG DER NOT-AUS-VORRICHTUNGEN
und in regelmäßigen Abständen
Zur Überprüfung der Funktionstüchtigkeit der Sicherheitsvorrichtungen folgende
Anweisungen einhalten:
1 ÜBERPRÜFUNG DER NOT-AUS-VORRICHTUNG ZUR KARDANAUSKUPPLUNG:
a) Die Maschine in Betrieb setzen und auf die normale Drehzahl bringen.
b) Über den Not-Aus-Hebel die Kardanbewegung auskuppeln.
c) Mit einer Stoppuhr die Bremszeit des Sägeblatts prüfen, das innerhalb von
10 Sekunden zum Stillstand kommen muss.
2 ÜBERPRÜFUNG DER ELEKTRISCHEN BAUTEILE (Schalter mit
Bremsplatine):
a) Die Maschine in Betrieb setzen und auf die normale Drehzahl bringen.
b) Die Abschalttaste des Schalters drücken.
c) Mit einer Stoppuhr die Bremszeit des Sägeblatts prüfen, das innerhalb von
10 Sekunden zum Stillstand kommen muss.

Die mechanische Bremse ist werkseitig eingestellt; weitere Maßnahmen sind
nicht erforderlich. Ist der Bremsvorgang ineffizient (länger als 10 Sekunden)
muss die Bremsfläche der Bremsbacke geprüft werden (Abb. 31). Die Mindestdicke
des Bremsbelags liegt bei 3 mm. Bei einer geringeren Dicke die Bremsbacke
auswechseln. Bei Bedarf kann die Bremsbacke an der dafür vorgesehenen
Stellschraube verstellt werden (Abb. 30). Die Kontermutter (a) abschrauben und
eine ganze Drehung der Schraube (b) gegen den Uhrzeigersinn durchführen.
Dann die Kontermutter (a) festziehen.
