If there is a fault, have the pump checked by a GÜDE
servicing or by an authorised electrical engineer.
Do not expose the pump to rain and do not use it in wet or
moisture conditions.
To avoid the pump dry run, make sure that the end of the
suction hose is always in the medium to be transported.
Before every outing in operation, fill the pump with liquid up to
the spill!
When using the pump for domestic water supply, always
observe the local regulations of water management
authorities and the waste water drainage.
In addition, observe the provisions of DIN 1988.
The pump is not suitable for long-term operation (e.g.
as a circulation pump in ponds or brooks). The service life
gets shorter accordingly if the pump is used in this manner. In
such a case, use a switching clock and ensure sufficiently
long breaks between the operating cycles.
The pump must not be connected to the existing water
supply system as equipment increasing the pressure.
The pump is not suitable as a long-term, automatic
safety against overflow of tanks and wells or for control of
underground water in cellars.
Do not leave the pump unattended to prevent damage
as a result of any faulty function. Always disconnect the pump
from network if not used.
The producer does not guarantee for any damage caused by
unqualified installation or unprofessional operation of the
pump.
The equipment must be regularly inspected and its faultless
condition needs to be checked.
Before each putting into operation, the pump must be visually
inspected for any damage (especially on the power supply
cable and plug). Using a damaged pump is strictly prohibited.
Emergency Action
Take the measures of first aid according the kind of injury and
get a qualified medical aid fast..
Protect the injured person before another detriment and calm
him/her down.
Assigned Use
The pump is designed for pumping clean water only to supply
the home with water and to use it at home, in garden,
courtyard and for fields. The manufacturer should not be held
liable for non-observance of the general regulations and
provisions in this manual.

with the stray current switch (FI-switch)!
Before putting the unit in operation, a competent electrician
should check whether required safety measures are available.
A socket should be used for electrical connection.
The voltage should be checked. Technical data on the plate
should coincide with the voltage in the system.
If the pump is used in ponds, wells etc. and in other water
management facilities it is essential to observe, the standards
effective in the countries, in which the pump is operated.
Electrical pumps for works outdoors should be equipped with an
electrical cable of rubber, type H07RNF, as required by
standards DIN 57282 or DIN 57245.
If the pump is in operation, persons or animals should
not be allowed to stay or to soak in the liquid to be
transferred (e.g. pools, cellars etc.).
Temperature of the liquid to be pumped out should not be in
excess of +35°C. The extension cables shall be of rubber
type H07RNF only, as required by standards DIN 57282 or
DIN 57245. Never touch the cable of electrically connected
pump, do not lift or push it by the cable. Remember that the
socket should be at a safe distance from water and moisture
