PUMPENROTOR
(Verfahren, wenn die Pumpe festgefressen ist)
1. Das obere Gehäuse entfernen (siehe Seite 9).
2. Die Filterendabdeckungs-schraubenmit einem CH 8 Zoll
Steckschlüssel entfernen (siehe Seite 14).
3. Die Filterendabdeckung und die Luftfi lter entfernen.
4. Die Pumpenplattenschrauben mit einem CH 8 Zoll
Steckschlüssel entfernen.
5. Die Pumpenplatte entfernen.
6. Den Rotor, den Einsatz und die Flügelentfernen.
7. Nach Schmutz in der Pumpe suchen. Wenn Schmutz
gefunden wird, die Pumpe mit Druckluft reinigen.
8. Den Einsatz und den Rotor einbauen.
9. Den Rotorschlitz überprüfen. Bei Bedarf auf 0,076/0,101 mm
einstellen. (Siehe Abbildung 25).
Hinweis: Den Rotor eine volle Umdrehung drehen, um
sicherzustellen daß der Schlitz in der engsten Position 0,076/
0,101 mm mißt. Bei Bedarf einstellen.
10.Die Flügel, die Pumpenplatte, die Luftfi lter und die
Filterendabdeckung einbauen.
11.Die Lüfterabdeckung und das obere Gehäuse wieder
einbauen.
12.Den Pumpendruck einstellen (sieheSeite 11).
Hinweis: Wenn der Rotor noch immerklemmt, folgendermaßen
vorgehen:
13.Die Schritte 1 bis 6 wie oben durchführen.
14.Feines Sandpapier (600 Körnung) auf einer fl achen
Oberfl äche aufl egen. Den Rotor viermal leicht mit einer “8er-
Be-wegung” abschmirgeln (siehe Abbildung 26).
15.Den Einsatz und den Rotor wieder einbauen.
16.Die Schritte 10 bis 12 wie oben durchführen.
