LUFTAUSLASS-, LUFTEINLASS- UND
STAUBFILTER
1. Oberes Gehäuse entfernen (siehe Abb. 7-8).
2. Die Schrauben der Filterendabdeckung mit einem CH8 Zoll
Steckschlüssel entfernen.
3. Filterendabdeckung entfernen.
4. Den Luftauslaßfi lter und den Staubfi lter ersetzen.
5. Den Lufteinlaßfi lter waschen oder ersetzen (siehe
Regelmäßige Wartung, Seite 5).
6. Die Filterendabdeckung wieder einbauen.
7. Die Lüfterabdeckung und das obere Gehäuse wieder
einbauen.
WICHTIG: Die Filter nicht ölen!

A.Lufteinlaßfi lter, B.Filterendabdeckung, C.Lüfterabdeckung
D.Luftauslaßfi lter, E.Staubfi lter.
DÜSENBAUGRUPPE
1. Das obere Gehäuse entfernen (siehe Abb. 7-8).
2. Den Lüfter ausbauen (siehe Abb. 27).
3. Den Kraftstoff- und Luftschlauch vonder Düsenbaugruppe
entfernen (siehe Abb. 17, 18 oder 19).
4. Die Düsenbaugruppe um eine Viertelumdrehung nach links
drehen und in Richtung Motor abziehen (siehe Abb. 20).
5. Das Kunststoff-Sechskantgehäuse in einen Schraubstock
einlegen und leicht festspannen.
6. Die Düse mit einem CH16 Zoll Steckschlüssel vorsichtig aus
dem Düsenadapter herausschrauben (siehe Abb. 21).
7. Druckluft durch die Düsenvorderseite blasen. Das entfernt
den Schmutz aus dem Düsenbereich.
8. Die Düsendichtung auf Schäden prüfen.
9. Die Düse in den Düsenadapter einschieben, bis sie sicher
sitzt. Die Düse mit einem CH16 Zoll Steckschlüssel um eine
1/3 Umdrehung auf ein Drehmoment von 4,5 bis 5,1 Nm
festziehen. Siehe Abb. 21.
10.Die Düsenbaugruppe am Brennergurt befestigen.
11.Die Kraftstoff- und Luftschläuche an der Düsenbaugruppe
anschließen. Siehe Entfernen der Kraftstoff- und Luft-
schläuche und Verlegung.
12.Den Lüfter einbauen (siehe Abb. 27-28).
13.Den Lüfterschutz und das obere Gehäuse einbauen (siehe
Abb. 7-8).
