Die Benutzerführung (Menü) des Satellitenreceivers wird am Bildschirm des
Fernsehgerätes eingeblendet.
Sie fordert zum Dialog zwischen Ihnen und dem Satellitenreceiver auf.
Viele Funktionen, die Sie mit der Fernbedienung anwählen, beantwortet der
Satellitenreceiver mit informativen Menüs und Symbolzeilen am Bildschirm des
Fernsehgerätes.
Sie werden Schritt für Schritt, einfach und verständlich, zur nächsten und mög-
lichen Einstellung geführt.
Common Interface – was ist das?
Common Interface (C I) ist eine Schnittstelle für digitale Satellitenreceiver (auch
SET-TOP-Boxen genannt).
Diese Schnittstelle dient dem Anschluss eines CA-Moduls (CA = Conditional
Access), sie enthält alle Funktionen für die Berechtigung, Entschlüsselung und
Teilnehmerfreischaltung unterschiedlich verschlüsselter Satellitenprogramme der
verschiedenenen Anbieter.
Mit dem Satellitenreceiver DTR 6001 S CI und entsprechende CA-Module
können bestimmte “verschlüsselte
” und alle “freien” Satellitenprogramme em-
pfangen und verarbeitet werden.
Er ist an der Vorderseite mit einem Common Interface-Schacht ausgestattet, in dem
zwei CA-Module verschiedenener Anbieter eingesetzt werden können.
In die CA-Module werden die entsprechenden Smartcards der Anbieter zum
“Freischalten” gewünschter verschlüsselter Satellitenprogramme eingeschoben.

den Seiten 48 und 49 dieser Bedienungsanleitung.
