gramme type.
Note on DAB reception:
If no station is offering the selected programme type, the display
shows »NO FOUND« and you will hear the station last tuned to.
Assigning the PTY programme button 5
1 With the PTY function activated, press the »<« or »>« button
repeatedly until the desired programme type appears in the
display.
2 Press the »5« button until the signal sounds.
– The desired programme type is stored.
Deactivating PTY
1 Press the »PTY« button briefly in the selection mode.
– The PTY function is deactivated;
– or –
1 press the »PTY« button in the search mode until the signal
sounds.
– The PTY function is deactivated.
Traffic announcement standby
(TP = Traffic Programme)
Switching TP on and off
1 Press the »TP« button briefly once to activate the traffic pro-
gramme function.
– The traffic announcement standby is activated, the display
indicates »TP«.
Note:
If the station tuned to is not a TP station, the radio starts automa-
tically a search for the next TP station.
If the TP function is activated, CD play is automatically inter-
rupted during a traffic announcement.
