Selecting the radio input source

To select the radio input source, set the »RADIO••CD« button on the left
side of the device to »
RADIO•«.
Selecting the waveband
1
To select the waveband, set the »•••FM ST FM AM« button on the
right of the device to »
•FM ST« (FM stereo) or »•FM« or »•AM«
(medium wave).
– Display: the frequency »
FM« and »MHz« or »AM« and »kHz«.
Selecting radio stations

Select the radio station using »TUNING« on the right side of the device.
– The display switches from the time to the frequency and then back to the
time automatically.
Stereo/mono reception
However, if the signal from the FM stereo station is weak, you can improve
the sound quality by switching to mono reception.

CD mode
The device is suitable for music CDs displaying the
logo shown here (CD-DA) and for CD-Rs and CD-
RWs with audio data or MP3 and WMA formats.
