OPERATION

General information

Switching on/oﬀ

Switch the device from standby with »ON/OFF«.

2 Switch the device to standby with »ON/OFF«.

Selecting the input source

Select the radio or CD input source with »RADIO••CD« on the left side

of the device.

Adjusting the volume

Use » « on the left of the device to adjust the volume.

Setting the brightness of the backlight display

Adjust the brightness in three levels with »DIMMER•••1 2 3« on the

back of the device.

Listening with headphones or earphones

Insert the headphone or earphone plug (3.5 mm, stereo) into the »U«

jack on the back of the device.

Note:

Prolonged listening with the head phones or ear phones at loud volumes

can damage your hearing.

Radio mode

For the best FM (UHF) reception it is suﬃcient to align the wire antenna

accordingly.

The radio has a built-in rod antenna for MW reception. For the best possible

medium wave reception it is suﬃcient to align the device accordingly.
