Copying the telephone book from one
handset to another
1 Open the phone book on handset 1 with » «.
– The first entry appears.
2 Press the »Option« function button on the right,

« to select »PB transfer« and confirm
with the »OK« function button on the right.
3 Select the handset which is to receive the contents of
the phone book, select »

« and confirm with
the »OK« function button on the right.
– Display: Send phone book to handset 2.
4 On handset 2, press the »Accept« function button
on the right.
– The phone book is transferred from handset 1 to
handset 2.
Copying the telephone book from a SIM card
to a handset
1 Open the card slot for the SIM card on the base
station, insert the SIM card and close the slot.
2 Open the phone book on the handset with » «.
– The first entry appears.
3 Press the »Option« function button on the right,
press »

« or »
ĿĿ
« to select »Copy from SIM« and
confirm with the »OK« function button on the right.
4 Press »1...0« to enter the SIM PIN number and con-
firm with the »OK« function button on the right.
– The telephone book on the SIM card is transferred.
