2. Položte reťaz okolo retiazky (B) a založte

ju do drážky lišty (C). Je normálne, keď

reťaz prevísa.

3. Napnite reťaz, pričom točte napínacou

doskou (D) v smere hodinových ručičiek.

4. Namontujte kryt retiazky s spínacími skrutka

mi. Upevňovacie skrutky utiahnite len ľahko,

pretože reťaz sa musí ešte napnúť.

1. Roztiahnite reťaz tak, aby pílové nože sme

rovali v smere hodinových ručičiek (A).

2. Založte reťaz okolo retiazky (B) a do drážky vodi

acej lišty (C). Je normálne, keď reťaz prevísa.

3. Nasaďte kryt reťazového kolesa. Pritom

sa musí najskôr nasadiť výstupok na kryte

do príslušnej drážky na stroji.

4. Kryt priskrutkujte obidvomi upevňovacími

maticami (D).Reťaz pritom nesmie

spadnúť z vodiacej lišty. Utiahnite matky

len rukou, pretože pílová reťaz sa musí

ešte dotiahnuť.

Napnutie reťaze

Správnym napnutím reťaze docielite veľmi

dobrý rezací výkon a dlhšiu životnosť.

Nesprávne napnutá reťaz môže pras-

knúť alebo spadnúť z lišty a spôsobiť

zranenie. Pred každým štartom reťa-

zovej píly, po jednej hodine práce

vždy skontrolujte napnutie reťaze.

Reťaz je správne napnutá, keď na spodnej

strane neprevísa a môžete ju ťahom ruky

voľne posúvať. Pri zaťažení za reťaz silou 9

N (cca 1 kg) sa reťaz nesmie vzdialiť od lišty

o viacej jak 2 mm.

1. Skontrolujte, či je uvolnená reťazová brz

da, tj. zatlačte páku brzdy proti prednému

držadlu

2. K napnutiu reťaze otočte napínacím ko

lieskom (A) v smere hodinových ručičiek.

K uvolneniu napätiu reťaze otočte

napínacím kolieskom proti smeru hodino-

vých ručičiek.

3. Pevne utiahnite upevňovacie skrutky (B).

U novej reťazovej píly musíte nap-

nutie reťaze po max. 5-tich rezoch

dodatočne nastaviť.
