Popis funkcie

Reťazová píla má ako pohon elektromotor.

Obiehajúca pílová reťaz je vedená cez vo-

diacu lištu. Olejová automatika sa stará o

priebežne mazanie reťaze. Píla EKS 2000/6

QT je vybavená rýchlo napínaním reťaze.

Funkciu obslužných prvkov zistíte z nasledu-

júceho popisu.

Účel použitia

Elektrická reťazová píla je skonštruovaná len pre

rezanie dreva. Pre všetky ostatné druhy použitia

(napr. rezanie stien, plastov alebo potravín) nie je

píla vhodná. Píla je určená len pre domácu prá

cu. Nie je skonštruovaná pre profesionálne trvalé

nasadenie.

Prístroj je určený pre používanie dospelý-

mi. Mladiství pod 16 rokov nesmú prístroj

používať.

Výrobca neručí za škody, ktoré vznikli nes-

právnym použitím alebo chybnou obsluhou.

Uvedenie do prevádzky

Pri práci noste vždy ochranné ru-

kavice a používajte len originálne

diely. Pred všetkými prácami na

prístroji ich najskôr odpojte od

sieťového napätia.

Než uvediete elektrickú reťazovú pílu do pre-

vádzky, musíte namontovať lištu, reťaz a kryt

retiazky, napnúť reťaz, naplniť olej, skontrolovať

funkciu reťazovej brzdy a olejové automatiky.

Montáž lišty

Model EKS 2000/6 QT (obr. 3)

1. Položte pílu na rovnú plochu.

2. Odstráňte poistnú skrutku(C) nachádzajú

cu sa pod napínacou jednotkou.

3. Povoľte skrutky (B) proti smeru hodinových

ručičiek, aby ste uvoľnili kryt retiazky (A).

4. Nasaďte vodiacu lištu na skrutky lišty, tak

aby napínacia doska smerovala von.

Na montáž potrebujete skrutkovač a kľúč na

údržbu, ktorý je súčasťou príslušenstva píly.

1. Položte pílu na rovnú plochu.

2. Povoľte obidve upevňovacie matice (A),

aby ste mohli odstrániť kryt reťazového

kolesa (B).

3. Otáčajte skrutkou na napínanie reťaze (C)

proti smeru hodinových ručičiek, kým

nie je upínací kolík reťaze (D) na zarážke

nachádzajúcej sa na strane píly.

4. Nasaďte lištu na dva upevňovacie čapy

(E) tak, aby upínací kolík reťaze zapadol

do otvoru v lište.

5. Pripevnite kryt reťazového kolesa

dodatočne pomocou poistnej skrutky (F).

1. Roztiahnite reťaz tak, aby pílové nože sme

rovali v smere hodinových ručičiek. (A).
