Dank der On-Demand-Zubereitung verbraucht die
contessa erheblich weniger Strom!
Auch diese Neuerung spart Energie und kommt
vor allem den unterschiedlichen Vorlieben für die
Zubereitung sowie dem individuellen Espresso-
Geschmack entgegen!
lem haben wir nun die „On-Demand-Zuberei-
tung“ entwickelt:
Nur das tatsächlich benötigte Wasser wird er-
hitzt (das Gerät schaltet sich automatisch nach
ca. 30 Minuten ab). Auch diese Innovation be-
schleunigt die Zubereitung und spart vor allem
Energie.
Manche mögen‘s
heiß!
Ganz nach Belieben lässt sich sodann mit der
neuen PID-Steuerung (proportional-integral-
derivative) die gewünschte Brühwasser-Tempe-
ratur in +/-1°C-Schritten zwischen 86° und 98°
einstellen.
Wer‘s nicht so
eilig hat …
Bei der contessa lässt sich der Zeitraum der
Zubereitung, vom Befeuchten des Kaffeemehls
im Brühkopf – der Pre-Infusion – bis zur Extrak-
tion variabel einstellen.
Was gibt’s noch?
Die contessa verfügt über ein besonders ge-
räuscharmes Doppel-Pumpen-System. – Das
Display erinnert den Benutzer bei Bedarf daran,
das Gerät zu entkalken. – Man kann individu-
ell den Feuchtigkeitsgrad des Dampfes einstel-
len. – Die Dampanze und die Heißwasserlan-
ze sind aus Edelstahl und doppelwandig, sie
lassen sich so besser reinigen und sind nach
außen isoliert.
...und das Design?
Die contessa kommt in klassischem Design
daher. Sie hat ein Gehäuse aus hochwertigem,
poliertem Edelstahl; die Seitenteile sind aus
Glas. (Standardausführung schwarz; verschie-
dene Farben und Materialien können individu-
ell gewählt werden!)
Die contessa von Graef ist eine komplett neu-
entwickelte Espressomaschine. Das Konzept und
das Design sind in Arnsberg entstanden; für die
Produktion arbeiten wir mit einem Partnerunter-
nehmen zusammen.
