Una vez al mes, vierta en las guías del carro
unas gotas de aceite sin resina o vaselina. Eli-
mine con un paño suave de algodón el exceso
de aceite o vaselina.
Extracción de la cuchilla
De vez en cuando, es recomendable desenros-
car la cuchilla y limpiar el interior del aparato,
especialmente después de cortar materiales de
corte "jugosos" (verduras, frutas, asados, etc.).
Maneje la cuchilla con sumo cuidado.
• Extraiga el carro.
• Con una moneda, aoje la cuchilla girando el
tornillo en el sentido de las agujas del reloj.
• Limpie la parte interna de la cuchilla y el
anillo negro con un paño húmedo.
• Engrase la cara interna de la cuchilla (rueda
dentada) y el anillo negro con vaselina. No
utilice aceite de cocina ni margarinas o man-
tequillas ya que con el tiempo se resinican.
• La inserción de la cuchilla se lleva a cabo en
orden inverso.
