Milchreis

Zutaten
1 L Milch
250 g Milchreis (Rundkornreis)
2 – 3 TL Zucker
Zum Garnieren: Zimt, Zucker (nach Belieben)
Zubereitung
1. Rühraufsatz in den Mixtopf einsetzen.
2. Milch, Zucker und Milchreis in den Mixtopf geben und für ca. 30 Minuten bei ca.
90 – 100 °C auf Stufe 1 kochen. Der Messbecher darf nicht im Deckel eingesetzt
sein!
3. Milchreis in separates Gefäß umfüllen, ausquellen und erkalten lassen.
4. Mit Zimt und Zucker garnieren.
Grießbrei kochen
Portionen: ca. 4
Zubereitungszeit: ca. 30 Minuten
Zutaten
1 L Milch
130 g Grieß (Hartweizen)
2 – 3 TL Zucker
Zubereitung
1. Rühraufsatz in den Mixtopf einsetzen.
2. Geben Sie alle Zutaten in den Mixtopf.
3. Zutaten für 15 Minuten bei 100 °C auf Stufe 2 aufkochen. Dann die Temperatur auf
90 °C reduzieren und für weitere 15 Minuten kochen.
4. Anschließend Grießbrei in eine Schüssel umfüllen und auskühlen lassen.
Tipps für leckeren Milch-
reis und Grießbrei:
Wer es süßer mag, kann natürlich
mehr Zucker beim Kochen hinzu-
geben.
Beim Kochen von Milch besteht immer
die Gefahr des Überkochens. Kochen
Sie daher ohne Mess becher in der
Deckelöffnung und reduzieren Sie
ggf. rechtzeitig die Temperatur.
