Basic batter recipe
(suitable for all baking plate pairs)
ngredients
150 g butter
150 g sugar
1 pack of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
A pinch of salt
300 g fl our
2 TSP baking powder
250 ml milk
Preparation:
For best results, make sure that all ingredients
are at the same temperature!
1. Stir the butter, sugar and eggs until foamy.
2. Stir in the other ingredients.
3. Let the batter sit for 15 minutes.
4. Select a baking surface pair and bake to
completion with the multi-baker.
Cleaning and storage
ATTENTION!
❐ Before cleaning, always disconnect the mains plug and let the device cool off.
❐ The device and the baking surfaces are not suitable for the dishwasher!
❐ Do not spray any cleaners directly on the device.
❐ NEVER immerse the device, the cable or the mains plug in water or other liquids. The risk
of electrocution exists.
❐ Do not use any scouring or abrasive cleaners, rough sponges or knives to clean the device.
They could damage the surface.
1. Ensure that the device has completely COOLED DOWN and is deactivated!
2. Take the baking surfaces out of the device and clean them with hot water and a mild deter-
gent. Then dry the baking surfaces with a soft dish towel.
3. If applicable, clean the device housing with a damp cloth and then dry it off thoroughly.
4. Never tightly wind the cord around the device when stowing it in order to prevent damages
to the cord.
5. Stow the device so that it is out of the reach of children and animals. Store it in a dry area
not exposed to direct sunlight.
