Cod Fillet with Garlic Herb Crust
Ingredients:
100 g Cod llet
1 – 2 Egg white
1 Garlic clove
1 tbsp. Chopped basil
1 tsp. Paprika powder
To taste Sea salt, pepper
½ cup Breadcrumbs
Preparation:
1. Peel the garlic and squeeze through a garlic press.
2. Mix together the garlic, the rest of the herbs and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
3. Separate off the egg white and pour it into a separate bowl.
4. Dip the cod llet in egg white and then coat it in the garlic and herb breadcrumb
coating.
5. Place the cod llet on the backing rack.
6. Insert the baking rack into the device.
7. Start the
“Fish” programme.
8. If the cod llet is not yet cooked, extend the cooking time if necessary.
Coconut Prawns
Ingredients:
12 Prawns (peeled and cleaned)
For the breadcrumb coating:
½ cup Flour
½ cup Coconut akes
½ cup Breadcrumbs
1 – 2 Egg white
Preparation:
1. Add the coconut akes and the breadcrumbs in a ratio of 1:1 to a small bowl and mix
the ingredients together.
2. Pour the our into a separate bowl.
3. Separate off the egg white and pour it into another separate bowl.
4. First roll the prawns in the our, then dunk them in the egg white and then roll them in
the coconut ake breadcrumb coating.
5. Spread the prawns on the baking rack.
6. Insert the baking rack into the device.
7. Start the
“Shrimps” programme.
8. The prawns are ready for serving when they have developed a lovely golden brown
colour. If the prawns are not yet cooked after the set time has elapsed, extend the
cooking time.
