4. First roll the prawns around in our, then in egg white and nally in the coconut bread-
crumb coating.
5. Cook the prawns in the device (see “Use”):
Cooking temperature: 190°C
Cooking time: approx. 10 minutes
The prawns are ready for serving when they have developed a lovely golden
brown colour. If necessary, adjust the temperature or time if the prawns are not
fully cooked after 10 minutes.
Pieces of Chicken in Breadcrumbs
Ingredients:
1 – 2 chicken thighs or chicken wings
approx. ½ cup breadcrumbs
1 egg white
1 tbsp. paprika powder
1 garlic clove
To taste sea salt
To taste rosemary
Preparation:
1. Peel the garlic and squeeze through the garlic press.
2. Mix together the garlic, paprika powder, sea salt, rosemary and breadcrumbs.
3. Pour the egg white into a separate bowl.
4. Dip the chicken thighs or wings in the egg white and then roll them in the breadcrumb
coating.
5. Cook the pieces of chicken in the device (see “Use”):
Cooking temperature: 200°C
Cooking time: approx. 40 minutes (turn all pieces after approx. 25 minutes)
The cooking time may differ from the recipe depending on the size of the pieces
of chicken. Adjust the cooking temperature and cooking time accordingly if nec-
essary.
Chicken Breast Strips in Breadcrumbs
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast llet
1 egg white
approx. ¼ cup our
approx. ¼ cup breadcrumbs
To taste salt
To taste pepper
