Gepaneerde kipdelen
Ingrediënten:
2 kippenbouten of kippenvleugeltjes
ca. ½ kopje paneermeel of broodkruim om te paneren
1 eiwit
2 el paprikapoeder
1 teentje knofl ook
1 tl zeezout
1 tl rozemarijn
Voorbereiding:
1. Knofl ook pellen en met de knofl ookpers uitpersen.
2. Knofl ook, paprikapoeder, zeezout, rozemarijn en paneermeel met elkaar vermengen.
3. Eiwit scheiden en in een aparte kom doen.
4. De kippenpoten of kippenvleugeltjes in het eiwit dopen en vervolgens in het paneer-
meel wentelen.
5. De gaartemperatuur instellen op ca. 200 °C.
6. De timer instellen op ca. 25 minuten.
7. Alle kipdelen keren.
8. De timer instellen op nogmaals 15 minuten.
Gepaneerde kipfi letreepjes
Ingrediënten:
2 kipfi lets
1 – 2 eiwitten
ca. ½ kopje bloem om te paneren
ca. ½ kopje paneermeel of broodkruim om te paneren
½ tl zout
½ tl peper
Voorbereiding:
1. Eiwit, bloem en paneermeel (bijv. broodkruim) in drie afzonderlijke schaaltjes doen.
2. Snijd de kipfi lets telkens in reepjes van gelijke grootte.
3. De kipfi letreepjes op smaak brengen met peper en zout.
4. De kipfi letreepjes in de bloem wentelen, vervolgens in eiwit dopen en in het paneer-
meel wentelen.
5. De gaartemperatuur instellen op ca. 200 °C.
6. De timer instellen op ca. 10 minuten.
