Once your weather station has received the time, it will be updated
every 24 hours at 4:03 a.m. When changing to summer time/winter
time, the updating will therefore take place at 4:03 a.m. If the station
has difficulties with updating, move its position (e.g. to the window).
You can also activate the search function manually, by pressing
(3 seconds) the buttons (1) and (7).
After initialising the station, an update will take place between the sta-
tion and the transmitter every minute. The air pressure is updated every
16 minutes.
THE RANGE OF THE TRANSMITTER CAN BE SIGNIFICANTLY HIN-
DERED BY OBSTACLES.
PROTECT THE TRANSMITTER FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT.
THE WEATHER FORECAST IS READY FOR OPERATION 12 HOURS
AFTER INSERTING THE BATTERIES.
Introduction
Battery information
The weather station is equipped with 3 batteries and the transmitter
with 2 batteries of the type R6/AA/UM3 (these batteries are included in
the scope of delivery).
Keep batteries away from children.
After swallowing a battery, the affected person must immediately seek
medical assistance.
Clean the battery and device contacts prior to inserting, if necessary.
No attempt must be made to reactivate used batteries with heat or by
other means. Never recharge batteries! Explosion hazard!
Batteries must not be short circuited, thrown into fire or dismantled.
Contact with skin, eyes and mucus membranes must be avoided. Upon
contact with battery acid, rinse the affected areas immediately with
plenty of clear water and immediately consult a doctor.
Depleted batteries must be immediately removed from the device.
Increased leaking hazard!
All batteries in a device are to be changed at the same time. Do not
use new batteries together with used batteries. Do not use batteries of
different electrochemical systems, types and brands together. If disre-
garded, batteries could be discharged beyond their maximum charge
voltage, which causes a high risk of leakage. Remove batteries from the
device, if disused for a longer period of time.
