Helado de yogurt de melocotón
Ingredientes
400 gr. de melocotones pelados (lata)
120 gr. de azúcar
1 cucharada de zumo de limón
150 ml. de yogurt
150 ml. de nata
Coloque los melocotones pelados en una fuente alta y hágalos puré
hasta obtener una crema tipo mouse na. A continuación, añada el
azúcar, el zumo de limón y el yogurt y mezcle todos los ingredientes
a fondo. Bata la nata en otro recipiente aparte hasta montarla y luego
colóquela bajo la masa de fruta. La masa de helado debe dejarse
durante al menos 12 horas en el frigoríco y, a continuación, prepárela
en la máquina de helados. Si fuera preciso, bata la masa de nuevo
con una varilla de punto de nieve antes de verterla en la máquina de
helados.
Tenga presente las indicaciones del manual de instrucciones de la
máquina de helados en relación a la manipulación de la misma.
Crema de tarta de queso
Ingredientes
250 ml. de nata dulce
250 ml. de nata agria
150 gr. de queso fresco
3 cucharada de zumo de limón
¼ de una cucharada de extracto de vainilla
Vierta el queso fresco en una fuente y bátalo con ayuda de una varilla
de punto de nieve hasta obtener una mezcla cremosa. A continuación,
vierta azúcar poco a poco, la nata agria y dulce, sin dejar de remover
con la varilla. Agregue el extracto de vainilla y el zumo de limón y
procure que todo quede bien mezclado. La masa de helado debe
dejarse durante al menos 12 horas en el frigoríco y, a continuación,
prepárela en la máquina de helados. Si fuera preciso, bata la masa
de nuevo con una varilla de punto de nieve antes de verterla en la
máquina de helados. Tenga presente las indicaciones del manual de
