Verse groente en pastasalade
Voor 4 personen
1 grote wortel
1 kleine koolrabi
1 kleine courgette
50 g rode paprika
1-2 teentjes knoflook
25 g verse peterselie, gesneden
2 eetlepels salade olie
2 eetlepels wijnazijn
2 eetlepels water
12 eetlepels mosterd
1/4 theelepel zout
1/4 theelepel zwarte peper, gemalen
25 g pasta “Linguine” in tweeën
50 g doperwten
35 g gruyere of Zwitserse kaas
Saladekruiden (naar smaak)
Voorbereiding
Schil de wortel, halveer hem in de lengte en snij hem in 5 cm lange stukken. Schil de koolrabi en
snijd hem in vingerbrede schijes. Was de courgette en snij deze ook in 5 cm lange stukken. Halveer
de paprika en verwijder de zaadjes. Snij de wortelen, de koolrabi en de rode paprika met snijhulp-
stuk 1 en snij de courgette in reepjes. Schil de knoflook, snij de uiteinden van het teentje eraf en
halveer ze in de lengte. Snij ze in stukjes met snijhulpstuk 1.
Maak een dressing door de peterselie, de olie, de wijnazijn, het water, de knoflook, mosterd, peper
en zout in een blender te mengen. Zet het geheel opzij.
Kook de pasta volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking in een grote pan. In de laatste 3-4 minu-
ten kooktijd, voeg de wortelen, de koolrabi en de doperwten toe en blijf koken totdat de groentes
klaar zijn. Laat het uitlekken, giet koud water over het pasta mengsel en laat het weer uitlekken.
Snij de kaas in blokjes met snijhulpstuk 2. Meng het gekookte pasta mengsel met de courgette, de
paprika en de kaas in een grote schaal. Voeg de dressing toe. Hussel totdat de dressing over het
geheel is verdeeld. Garneer met saladekruiden alvorens te serveren.

  • The manual for the Nicer Dicer says things like "Cutter Blade 4" but it doesn't tell which blade this is, and the diagrams of the various parts also don't show cutter numbers? Submitted on 11-11-2020 at 10:20
