Verse groente pizza
Voor 4 personen
450 g kant-en-klaar pizzadeeg
200 g verse champignons
100 g tomaten, zonder zaadjes
½ groene paprika
50 g uien
100 g broccoli
225 ml zure room
1-2 eetlepels mierikswortel
1/4 theelepel zout
1/8 theelepel peper
Voorbereiding
Plaats het pizzadeeg in een niet-ingevet bakblik (ongeveer 38 x 25 x 3 cm). Druk het deeg gelijkma-
tig in het blik en rondom de rand van het blik, trek het naar boven tot een hoogte van ongeveer 2,5
cm. Bak het voor ongeveer 15-20 minuten totdat het deeg goudbruin is. Laat het afkoelen.
Snij de champignons met snijhulpstuk 4 in dunne schijes. Halveer de tomaten, halveer de paprika
en haal de zaadjes eruit en snij ze in stukjes met snijhulpstuk 2. Schil en halveer de uien en snij ze in
kleine blokjes met snijhulpstuk 1. Was de broccoli en pluk de rozen eraf. Roer de zure room, de mie-
rikswortel, peper en zout totdat u een egaal mengsel krijgt. Verdeel gelijkmatig over het pizzadeeg.
Top het met gesneden groentes. Snij het in kleine stukken en bewaar gekoeld totdat het klaar is om
te serveren.
Verwarm de oven voor op 190 graden

  • The manual for the Nicer Dicer says things like "Cutter Blade 4" but it doesn't tell which blade this is, and the diagrams of the various parts also don't show cutter numbers? Submitted on 11-11-2020 at 10:20
