225 g imitatiekrab

3 sjalotjes

1/2 rode paprika

2 eetlepels koriander, gesneden

1 avocado, geschild en zonder pit

1 limoen

1 theelepel chilipoeder

1 theelepel karwijzaad, gemalen

1/2 theelepel paprikapoeder

115 g kaas

Ronde tortillachips

Zure room (naar smaak)

Voorbereiding

Snij de imitatiekrab in blokjes met snijhulpstuk 2. Schil de sjalotjes, halveer ze en snij ze ﬁjn met

snijhulpstuk 1. Snij ook de paprika en avocado in kleine blokjes met snijhulpstuk 1. Meng de in

blokjes gesneden avocado met 1 eetlepel limoensap samen en zet het geheel opzij. Meng 1 eetlepel

limoenschil met alle gesneden ingrediënten, behalve de avocado. Rasp de kaas. Leg de tortillachips

in één laag in een ovenschaal, bedek het met het mengsel, strooi de kaas erover en bak het geheel

voor 8-10 minuten, totdat de kaas is gesmolten.

Haal het uit de oven en top met de avocado.

Onmiddellijk serveren, met zure room naar smaak.

Verwarm de oven voor op 190 graden.

The manual for the Nicer Dicer says things like "Cutter Blade 4" but it doesn't tell which blade this is, and the diagrams of the various parts also don't show cutter numbers? Submitted on 11-11-2020 at 10:20
