Yeast 4 g 3 g
Preparation
Fill the ingredients into the bread pan in the
stated order. Refine cooking oil is recom-
mend. The corresponding amount of fresh
milk can be used instead of water and milk
powder. Program selection: SWEET.
Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients
Loaf size up to 750 g 500 g
Water 80 ml 50 ml
Salt 5 g 3 g
Pumpkin 210 g 150 g
Oil 27 g 15 g
Milk Powder 18 g 10 g
Sugar 55 g 40 g
Bread Flour 300 g 190 g
Yeast 5 g 4 g
Preparation
Cut the pumpkin into 0.5 mm pieces. Then
steam it (about 20 min), drain the water out
after cooling down, than mash finely.
Thereafter, fill the ingredients into the bread
pan in the stated order. Refine cooking oil is
recommend.
Program selection: SWEET.
