Geeignete Fleischstücke für langsames Kochen
Rindfleisch: Nacken, Zwerchfell, Hüftsteak, Beinscheiben, Rindfleisch, Haxe (z. B. für Osso
Bucco), Pastorenstück, etc.
Lamm: Lammkeule, Haxe, Nackenkoteletts, Brust oder Schulter ohne Knochen, etc.
Kalb: gewürfeltes Hüftfleisch, Schulter- oder Vorderviertel Koteletts und Steaks, Nacken-Kote-
letts, Haxe (z. B. für Osso Bucco).
Schwein: Hüftsteaks, gewürfeltes Bauchfleisch, gewürfeltes Schulterfleisch, Rückenkoteletts
ohne Knochen.
Huhn: Hähnchenteile mit Knochen (Oberkeule/Unterkeule), Filets von den Hähnchenschenkel.
Gemüse vorbereiten
Gemüse sollte in gleich große Stücke geschnitten werden, um ein gleichmäßiges Kochergebnis
zu gewährleisten. Gefrorenes Gemüse muss vor der Zugabe zu anderen Lebensmitteln in den
Multicooker aufgetaut werden.
Reis Kochtabellen
In den folgenden Tabellen sind die Angaben für den beigefügten Messbecher.
Hinweis: Der beigefügte Messbecher ist kein Standard-Messbecher. 1 Messbecher Reis ist gleich
150 g ungekochter Reis und 180 ml Wasser. Wenn Sie Ihren Messbecher nicht zur Hand
haben, verwenden Sie eine andere Tasse, aber behalten die gleichen Mengenverhältnisse bei
und überschreiten Sie nicht die Maximimum-Markiering in dem Kocheinsatz:
Weißer Reis = 1 Messbecher Reis + 1 Messbecher Wasser
Brauner Ries = 1 Messbecher Reis + 1½ Messbecher Wasser
