Cleaning
Clean the outside of the units carefully with a cloth and a brush. Do
not use abrasives or aggressive chemicals to clean the unit.
Regularly remove grass and residue from the units. Grass residue
inside the protective hood may be very compact. Use a suitable
piece of wood or plastic to remove them.
Transport
Always turn the unit off when carrying or transporting it. Do not
carry the unit with running attachments!
Always carry the unit with the attachments facing backwards.
Storing
Clean the gardening tool carefully before storing and use oil to
preserve it against corrosion.
Store the gardening tool in a dry place away from sunlight.
Store the garden tool indoors in a dry and dust-free place. Protect
the machine from dirt.
Before storing the unit for longer periods of time, empty the oil tank
of the pole saw. Store the oil in a suitable container.
