12.4 PROBLEMS WITH CALLER-ID:
• You’re not receiving Caller-ID information in the
display.
• Check whether your telephone service provider
sends these signals (some service providers
require you to subscribe to this service)
12.5 OTHER:
• The display of the wireless handset remains blank:
• Batteries are empty, please recharge them.
• The handset does not have contact with the base:
• You’re too far from the wired phone; reduce the
distance.
• The base is switched off. Check and correct this.
• The handset is not registered with the base station
(anymore); register it (again). (see paragraph 10.1)
In case the failure has not been solved with
aforementioned solutions:
• Remove the batteries from the handset, and unplug
the power supply adapter and the phone connector
of the wired phone from their sockets; connect
everything again after several minutes.
