Do not break the saw blade by pressing sideways. The saw blade may be damaged, break, or cause
kickback. Clamp the material to be sawn well. Under no circumstances should you support the
workpiece with hands or feet. Do not touch objects or the floor with the running saw - there is a risk
of kickback
Use suitable detectors to determine whether there are supply lines in the working area.
Contact with electrical wires can cause fire or electric shock, and damage to a gas line
can cause an explosion. Penetration into a water pipe causes damage to property.
Always hold the device with both hands when working and ensure that it stands securely. The
power tool should be held securely in both hands.
A workpiece under tension can cause kickbacks. Use suitable devices or a vice to
secure the workpieces. Always wait for the machine to stop completely before
putting it down.
Do not open the battery - there is a risk of short circuit.
Start/Stop
Only use original FUXTEC lithium-ion batteries with the voltage indicated
on the type plate of your power tool.
Using other batteries may cause injury and fire. Hint: Using batteries that are not suitable
for the machine may cause malfunction or damage to the power tool.
The charged battery must be inserted into the socket of the power tool until it clicks into place
and is securely locked.
Switching on and off:
Switch on the power tool, first press the locking button (fig. 1, point 7) on the right or left. Then
press the on/off switch (fig. 1, item 6) and keep it pressed. The saw is running.
To switch off the device, simply release the on/off switch. For safety reasons, the on/off switch
cannot be locked; you must keep it pressed during the entire process.
To save energy, only switch on the power tool when you are using it.
Hint: The lithium-ion battery is protected against deep discharge by the "Electronic Cell Protection
(ECP)." If the battery is empty, the machine is switched off by a safety device. The saw blade then
no longer moves. In this case, do not press the on/off switch repeatedly. This may damage the
battery.
