RECETTES POUR GAUFRES
Gaufres de ménage (moule 4 x 7 ou 6 x 10)
Proportions :
1 kg de farine - 1 cuil. à soupe de sucre
impalpable - 50 gr de levure fraîche - 500 gr de
margarine ou de beurre - 6 oeufs - 1 tasse deau
ou de lait tiède - 1 pincée de sel - sucre semoule
suivant goût (500 à 700 gr)
Préparation :
Versez la farine dans une bassine - Y pratiquer une
fontaine dans laquelle vous placez le sucre
impalpable et la levure émiettée Versez leau
tiède, mélangez et laissez le levain se former à
couvert (10-15 minutes environ) Brisez ensuite
les oeufs et incorporez-les au mélange avec la
margarine ou le beurre ramolli mais non fondu
Ajoutez le sel - Pétrissez bien le tout et laissez
lever jusquau double du volume (1 à 1 1/2 h) -
Incorporez enfin le sucre semoule à laide dune
spatule et branchez le fer.
Galettes de sucre (moule 16 x 28)
Proportions :
500 gr de farine - 400 gr de sucre fin - 3 sachets
de sucre vanillé - 5 oeufs - 400 gr de beurre - 1
pincée de sel
Préparation :
Versez la farine dans un plat - Ajoutez le sucre, le
sel, et le sucre vanillé - Faites une fontaine -
Versez y les oeufs battus - Incorporez petit à petit
la farine - Ajoutez le beurre fondu - Travaillez la
pâte jusqu’à ce quelle soit lisse et homogène -
Laissez-la reposer au moins deux heures dans un
endroit frais - Faites-en des petits boudins
allongés.

WAFELRECEPTEN
Huishoudwafels (bakvorm 4 x 7 of 6 x 10)
Verhoudingen : 1 kg bloem 1 soeplepel fijne
poedersuiker 50 gr verse gist 500 gr margarine of
boter 6 eieren 1 kopje lauw water of melk
snuifje zout fijne kristalsuiker naar smaak (500 tot
700 gr)
Bereiding :
Stort de bloem in een kom - Maak er een kuiltje in
en doe er de fijne poedersuiker en de in stukjes
gesneden gist in - Schenk er lauw water bij, meng
onder elkaar en laat afgedekt rijzen (ongeveer 10-15
minuten) - Breek vervolgens de eieren en voeg ze bij
het mengsel met margarine of zachte maar niet
gesmolten boter - Voeg zout toe - Kneed alles goed
en laat rijzen tot het volume verdubbeld is (1 tot 1,5
uur) - Voeg ten slotte de fijne kristalsuiker toe met
een spatel en schakel het wafelijzer in.
Suikergaletten (bakvorm 16 x 28)
Verhoudingen : 500 gr bloem 400 gr fijne suiker
3 zakjes vanillesuiker 5 eieren 400 gr boter
snuifje zout.
Bereiding :
Stort de bloem in een schotel - Voeg er suiker, zout
en vanillesuiker aan toe - Maak een kuiltje en doe er
de geklopte eieren in - Meng beetje bij beetje de
bloem - Doe er gesmolten boter bij - Bewerk het
deeg tot het glad en homogeen is - Laat het minstens
twee uur rusten op een koele plaats - Vorm er
vervolgens langwerpige worstjes van.
RECIPES FOR WAFFLES
Home-made waffles (iron - 4 x7 or 6 x10)
Proportions :
1 kg of flour - 1 tbsn extra fine-grained sugar
(impalpable) - 50 gr fresh yeast - 500 gr
margarine or butter - 6 eggs - 1 cup warm water
or milk - a pinch of salt - castor sugar to taste
(500 to 700 gr)
Preparation :
Pour the flour into a bowl - Make a depression in
the flour into which you place the extra fine-
grained sugar and crumble the yeast - Pour in the
warm water, mix and cover while it leavens (10-
15 minute approximately) - Crack open the eggs
and blend them into the mixture with the
margarine or butter softened but not melted - Add
the salt - Knead the mixture well and leave it to
rise until it has doubled in volume (1 to 1 1/2
hours) - Finally blend in the castor sugar using a
spatula and plug in the iron.
Thin (biscuit) sugar waffles (iron 16 x 28)
Proportions :
500 gr of flour - 400 gr of fine-grained sugar - 3
packets of vanilla sugar - 5 eggs - 400 gr of butter
- a pinch of salt
Preparation :
Pour the flour into a bowl - Add the sugar, salt
and vanilla sugar - Make a depression - Pour in
the beaten eggs - gradually blend the flour into
the centre - Add the melted butter - Mix the
dough until it becomes smooth and evenly mixed
- Leave it to sit at least two hours in a cool place -
Form it into little elongated balls (sausage
shaped).
