pour des Croque-Monsieur différents
Conseil utile :
le pourtour des moules est spécialement conçu
pour souder par compression les bords du
croque-monsieur en cours de cuisson. De
cette façon, la farce de votre préparation
conservera toute sa saveur.
Nous vous conseillons donc de ne pas couper
les tranches de pain au format du moule, mais
au contraire de les laisser légèrement
déborder.
La cuisson des Croque-Monsieur étant rapide,
préparez toujours les ingrédients avant la
cuisson.
Faites chauffer lappareil jusqu’à lextinction
du voyant lumineux avant de cuire.
Bien graisser les deux faces extérieures du
moule avec du beurre ou de lhuile ;
Pour une farce plus importante, pressez la
face intérieure de la tranche de pain de mie
avec une cuillère pour augmenter le volume
de logement de la farce.
Fermez lappareil sans serrer et après
seulement 30-40 secondes, pressez fortement
pour assurer une bonne soudure des
tranches de pain.
Si nécessaire, utilisez le clip de fermeture.
Laissez cuire 3 à 4 minutes avec le
thermostat sur position 5 ou 6.

Nuttige tip :
de omtrek van de bakvormen werd speciaal
ontworpen om de randen van de croque-
monsieur tijdens het bakken samen te
drukken. Zo bewaart de vulling al haar
smaak.
Snij dus geen broodsneetjes op de maat van
de bakvorm, maar laat ze lichtjes uitpuilen.
Croque-Monsieurs bakken heel snel, bereid
de ingrediënten dus altijd op voorhand.
Verhit het apparaat vóór het bakken tot het
lampje dooft.
Vet de twee buitenzijden van de bakvorm
in met boter of olie, afhankelijk van het
soort vulling van de croques.
Voor een grotere vulling drukt u de
binnenzijde van het broodsneetje plat met
een lepel, zodat de vulling meer plaats
krijgt.
Sluit het apparaat zonder te drukken. Druk
na amper 30-40 seconden steviger zodat
het brood goed wordt dichtgelast.
Gebruik indien nodig de sluitclip. Laat 3 tot
4 minuten bakken met de thermostaat op
stand 5 of 6.
