Wanneer u de meter aanzet of tijdens het gebruik:
Symptoom/foutmelding Uitleg Wat te doen
Foutcodebereik: 5000 - 5999
De meter wordt ongeconfigureerd vanuit
de fabriek verzonden. Dit scherm verschijnt
wanneer u de meter na ontvangst voor het
eerst inschakelt.
Gebruik PrecisionWeb of andere door
Abbott geleverde software om het apparaat
volgens de specifieke eisen van uw instelling
te configureren voordat het in gebruik wordt
genomen.
Er is een fout opgetreden tijdens de laatste
gegevensoverdracht. Dit scherm verschijnt
wanneer u de meter inschakelt.
Zet de meter in het dockingstation om
het uploaden te voltooien. Nadat de
meter met succes gedockt is, verdwijnt de
waarschuwing.

Druk op 1 voor Doorgaan met testen.
Er is mogelijk een probleem met de meter
waardoor deze niet goed werkt. Er kan een
4-cijferige foutcode worden weergegeven.
Deze codes verschaffen Abbott nadere
informatie over het probleem.
1. Zet de meter uit. Zet de meter weer aan en
herhaal de functie.
2. Als het probleem blijft bestaan, zet de
meter dan in het dockingstation om de
configuratiebestanden te updaten.
3. Als het probleem nog steeds bestaat,
noteer dan de viercijferige foutcode en
neem contact op met de technische dienst
van Abbott.
De meter heeft een probleem met de
streepjescodescanner gevonden waardoor
de scanner niet kan werken. Dit is een
tijdelijke fout die kan worden verholpen
door de meter opnieuw op te starten.
1. Zet de meter uit. Wacht ten minste 5
seconden totdat het systeem is gereset. Zet
de meter aan.
2. Als het probleem blijft bestaan, herhaal
dan stap 1 en zorg daarbij dat de meter ten
minste 5 seconden uitstaat.
3. Als het probleem nog steeds bestaat,
noteer dan de viercijferige foutcode en
neem contact op met de technische dienst
van Abbott.
De teststrip is op het verkeerde moment
in de meter gestoken. De meter piept als er
een functie wordt gestart voordat de strip
verwijderd is of als de teststrip in de meter
wordt gelaten wanneer de test aangeeft dat
de strip moet worden verwijderd.
Haal de teststrip uit de teststrippoort.
