4. Use
RECOVERY (stamina test)
1. When pressing RECOVERY your stamina will be measured automatically. While
measuring hold both hand pulse sensors within the handlebar firmly. The displays
will show the values PULSE and TIME. The time value will decrease from 00:60
to 00:00. The hart icon in bottom left corner will flash and a shows the beats per
minute.
2. When the test is finished a code between F1 and F6 will appear on the screen.
3. The code is a reference of your stamina level:
F1: Excellent
F2: Good
F3: Average
F4: Below average
F5: Bad
F6: Very bad / no correct measurement
Pressing RECOVERY during the measurement returns you to the main menu.
Important:
1. The RECOVERY stamina test will only start when a heart rate is detected. For a
correct measurement you need to hold the hand sensors firmly without moving.
2. Your stamina is based upon the time in which your heart rate returns to rest level.
Therefor the RECOVERY program can only be done after a intense workout of at
least 150 BPM.
