4. Use
HRC
This training is controlled by your heart rate. There are 4 different levels of training:
55%, 75%, 90% or Target Heart Rate (TAG). The level is a percentage of your
maximum heart rate on a calculation based on your age. For choosing the right heart
rate level please read chapter 3. Fitness .
1. Select H.R.C. with the -/+ keys. Press MODE/ENTER to confirm the selection.
2. Enter your age with the -/+ keys. Press MODE/ENTER to confirm.
3. Select the preferred percentage with the -/+ keys. You can choose between 55%,
75%, 90% TAG. Press MODE/ENTER to confirm. When you have selected TAG your
can now choose your own percentage with the -/+ keys.
4. Set the preferred training duration with the -/+ keys. Press MODE/ENTER to
confirm the selection.
5. Press START/STOP to start the program.
WATT
With this training program the desired output can be selected. The computer will
automatically adjust the resistance so that your output stays at the same level.
1. Select the WATT program with -/+ keys. Press MODE/ENTER to confirm the
selection.
2. Use the -/+ keys to select the preferred output. Press MODE/ENTER to confirm.
3. Set the preferred training duration with the -/+ keys. Press MODE/ENTER to
confirm the selection.
4. Press START/STOP to start the program.
