4. Use
Chest belt (not included)
For heart rate controlled training sesion, Flow Fitness advises to use a chest belt. With
a chest belt you will receive an accurate measuring of the heart rate which result in an
more efficient way to reach your goal. The chest belt is not included with the
Runner DTM900 treadmill. For a chest belt you can contact your fitness dealer.
Body Mass Index (BMI) analyse
The so-called Body Mass Index (BMI) is the ratio of your weight relative to your height. It
indicates whether your weight is in balance with your height. Keep in mind that the BMI
calculation is only a guideline. Someone with more muscles will therefore have a higher
BMI than someone with less muscle. The result of the BMI indicates the zone of your
weight.
BMI values
<19 : underweight
19 - 25 : healthy weight
25 - 30 : overweight
31> : obese
1. Select with the INCLINE or SPEED keys your Body Mass Index press
MODE to confirm the selection.
2. Use the INCLINE or SPEED keys to select your gender (M-F) and press
MODE to confirm the selection.
3. Use the INCLINE or SPEED keys to select your length (120 - 250 cm)
(default is 170 cm) Press mode to confirm the selection.
4. Use the INCLINE or SPEED keys to select your weight (20 - 200 kg)
(default is 70 kg) press MODE to confirm the selection.
